We collect the information you send from Fake Send for the purpose of logging and measuring usage. FakeSend.com will never rent, sell, or share personal information about you with nonaffiliated companies. We hate spam as much as you do, if not more, and would never spam you. We don't even have a field on our website for your real email address, we only collect the fake ones used to prank people.

We may disclose your information if necessary to protect our legal rights or if the information relates to actual or threatened harmful conduct or potential threats to the physical safety of any person. Disclosure may be required by law or if we receive legal process. To report abuse, please contact the Fake Send team. Please be mindful when sending fake emails and don't send threatening emails. FakeSend.com's fake email service is anonymous, but, if you threaten someone or impersonate the wrong person and we are contacted by authorities or lawyers, any information we have will be disclosed. So, in the sense of playing non-violent jokes on people, we still remain anonymous. Just don't be stupid :)
